FEAT: Improved Dragon Soul

This feat is not working, it should add +2 resistance for the granted Dragon soul type picked from the sorcerer class.
 
I think instead of touching the feat, the build option Dragon Magic seems to have scripts that adjust parts based on other feats, so I think that might be a better place to handle it.
