Feat granting extra secondary ability?

Okay, I can see in the feat [Extra Hex] that an additional Custom Ability Count can be added thus:

hero.childfound[cHelpWit].field[cGiveSpec].value += 1

How would you add to the count of a secondary ability?
 
cGiveSp2nd is the field for secondary abilities (cGiveSp3rd for tertiary, cGiveSp4th for quaternary, and cGiveSp5th for quintenary).
 
Is there a way to give this bonus to any class of the character, say insted of "cHelpWit" something like "cHelpallclasses". IDK
