Feat appearing before it is supposed to

This is a weird one, because it seems so simple...
My class gains the Shadow Strike feat as a class special at level 5. So, I created the class special (cLRgShadStri), bootstrapped fShadStr to it, bootstrapped the ability to the class, and gave it the ClSpecWhen tag with a value of 5.
Somehow, the feat is being granted at 1st level instead of 5th. Cannot figure out why. What did I do wrong here?

Yep, that did the trick. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, and not just posting the fix. I learned why something didn't work, not just how to fix it. If I haven't done so before, thank you sincerely for all the help and assistance you provide on these boards.
