FATE: The Secret of Cats

I'm trying to create a user file for FATE: The Secret of Cats. I've added all the skills and stunts, but I can't get the new skill, Territory, to appear as a default skill, and I can't get the stunts related to Territory, to appear in the Stunts list.

Suggestions?
 
For skills, go to "Campaign".

Select or create the campaign for The Secret of Cats, then click "Edit" near "Campaign Skills", and select which skills you want to appear.

I'm guessing that after you do that, the stunts will appear.
