Fast Calvary question

I'm wondering if Fast calvary can shoot a move or fire weapon while moving. In the rulebook it says that they are able to fire weapons while moving, but it doesn't specify about move or fire weapons. This greatly affects the new outriders for the empire.
Can anyone help me?

No, they can not. Who can take Fast Cav that carries a move or shoot weapon????

GG

Not sure about what you are saying, Grog. All Fast Cav can move and shoot, even while marching or reforming.

Empire Outriders are a Fast Cav unit that can carry a Repeating Handgun which is a 3x, 24" ranged Move or Shoot weapon.

Pistoliers can move and shoot, but not Outriders IF they are armed with a Repeating Handgun. If the Outriders are armed with a Pistol and a Repeating Pistol, then they can Move and Shoot. So it depends on how you have your Outriders armed, T.
