I own the Class Pack that includes monks and monks unchained. But the archetype for Far Strike Monk doesn't show for me, available or unavailable.

Is that archetype just not built yet?
 
It's in ranged tactics toolbox, which is seperate from the hardcovers included in the class pack entry, so you'd have to pick up that package (player companion 17)

Pathfinder Class Pack Entry Path

By choosing this option, you’ll receive one initial Pathfinder Class Pack, unlocking 3-4 classes and all material from the seven essential Pathfinder rulebooks. All archetypes for unlocked classes are included, as well as all feats, spells, gear, optional rules, and everything else from those rulebooks – everything you need to create characters with your unlocked classes.


Far Strike Monk is from Ranged Tactics Toolbox, not one of the rulebooks covered by the class pack.
