Failed to sync to server

Just tried logging in and I keep getting a "Failed to sync to server" error. Is the server down, or is it another issue?
 
The server was down for several hours last night. If you were having issues, could you please try again now and either post here or file a support ticket if you're still having trouble?
 
I was getting this last night when the new release went out. I figured it meant I needed to be patient and wait for today.

But I'm still getting the angry red "Failed to sync to server"

... is the server actually down or are there too many of us trying to login? :)
 
No, the server is functioning normally for some people, while others are experiencing this failed to sync to server issue. I'm looking into it now, but may need to request more information from those of you who are seeing the problem. Please stay tuned.
 
Same problem. It's also not letting me work offline. If you could figure this out before my game Saturday that would be great...
 
We fixed a number of things in a Beta 134 release a short while ago and also made some changes on the server side. At least some of the folks impacted by this issue are up and running again with the tonight's update, so please re-check with the new release. If that still doesn't work, please log a formal bug report, since that will ensure we can coordinate with you directly to make sure the issue is sorted out.
 
Hate to say this - just installed version .134 .... and I still can't sync.

Nicole has my data.... hope to have my database again soon.

That sucks. At least you're in good hands with Nicole. She'll get server sync issues sorted out for you faster than anyone else around here could. :)
 
Thanks! Build 135 works fine and was a good message on this saturday morning. (In Germany it's 11.30 a.m. :) ) And right in time: A gaming session is planed for tomorrow :)
 
I also have this problem with 135, on two computers, from two different networks (different routers) and firewall settings.
 
For most users encountering this problem, the issue was fixed in Beta 135. However, there are still a few who are stuck and we're investigating why. We found one possible thing that will be in the next release, and we're looking for other explanations/fixes as well.

As long as you submitted a bug report (which you stated above), we're aware of your situation and are striving to get things sorted out.
 
I'm having the same problem. I've been using Realm Works for quite some time with no problems, but when I installed the new update today I'm getting the "Failed to Connect to Server error" now every time. I can't Work Offline either anymore.
 
Looks like the server's down again. The lack of stability is very troubling and makes me wonder if the release version will even be usable.
