How do I add the ability to use factions? When I click on Factions it says none are available.

Do you own the licenses that contain the faction data?

I asked because if you don't have the licenses that contain the actual data, you won't have access to the factions coded into the data. You can add factions via the editor in the Tools menu if you want as well.

I've added factions from the menu, but I don't see them still. What license contains factions?

Factions of Galorion, inner Sea World Guide have some. If you don't have these sources enabled on the config screen (CTRL + K) the data will not appear. If the sources are grayed out, you don't have the license.

Faction Guide is what I meant, and it's listed above the Inner Sea World Guide. Both of these options have faction data. There may be more books too, I'm not sure off the top of my head.

I saw that. I have it clicked, but I still don't see any factions. What could I be doing wrong?

On the same screen scroll down further and check to see that any related faction rules are enabled too.
