Extra Hex Feat is Broken?

Both my GM and I are having the same issue. For my 3rd level Witch character I have selected the feat Extra Hex feat twice. The feat says you may select it multiple times but after selecting it twice, it only gives me one extra Hex instead of the two. If I remove one and try to reselect it, it won't even show up in the list of Feats to pick from.

Is this intentional? It seems like a bug to me as it should be legal to select the feat twice.
 
Yes it is a bug, several people have reported it and the fix is already done for the next release (which should be soon).
