Extra Domain Slot

I'm trying to program this, and it's late, and my search-fu isn't bringing up anything I understand...

I have an item that grant 1 extra domain spell slot per spell level, without granting any extra domains or spells. How can I do that? I can't seem to find the proper fields through the debugging options.
