The prestige class says we need to check Deific Obeisance on the in-play tab.
I don't see that anywhere.

Am I missing something?
 
Once you've added the Deific Obeisance Feat, the checkbox should be in the Activated Abilities section in the In-Play Tab, labeled "Obedience Performed".
