Ethnicity Head Bleed

The pain of Hero Lab editor is starting to leave black lines where my blood vessels once were.

My problem is as follows:

I create a new custom race which works superbly. I then create a number of ethnicity's for the race and they work superbly to (albeit that they appear to select as Custom abilities but this is fine).

I then duplicate this race, use it as a template to make a second custom race, which works with no issues. I then create an ethnicity for the new race but cannot get it to appear anywhere, despite having no errors.

Any ideas?
 
Solved, as I have Inner Sea turned off I need to have a Mechanic for each race to enable another ability for the race.
