Errors saving portfolios

Since I've added the 1.4 user files, whenever I try to save my existing portfolios I get errors/warnings related to whatever natural attacks the creatures in the portfolio happen to have. I haven't figured out how to get rid of them or what's causing them. Has anyone else been seeing this or have any insight as to what might be causing it?

I don't think that is related to the user files, but actually part of the general HL errors. If I recall correctly it is supposed to go away when you save the portfolio and then reload.

So is this a known issue then? I just found it odd since I wasn't getting these before. I didn't really expect them to be related to the user files, but I can't think of anything else that has changed since I made these portfolios. Of course, the last few months have been a bit of a blur for me, so that could also be part of the problem.

It happens with creatures with natural attacks. If you create a portfolio with a creature with a natural attack, there is a general error. It's an issue that they are aware of. I brought it up to Mathias, and he pointed me towards the already well posted errors:
