Error - Wizard not proficient with his robe?

I was playing around to make a high level Wizard character, and I gave him a robe of the archmagi. Herolab says he is not proficient with that item.

Also I tried to give the same character a Staff of Power and got a validation message for both the robe and the staff stating that you can't have an off hand weapon with this shield.

I can't reproduce this; are you using the latest version of Hero Lab? If
so, could you email me the portfolio with the problem? Please send it to
colen@wolflair.com.

Ah, this is a bug, I'll get this fixed.
