Error when starting HL

Well-known member
I worked with HL as usual. Later this day I started the programm again but it crushed with an error. I deinstalled the programm, rebooted the system and installed the programm again. I could retrieve the license and could work. After shutting down the programm and restarting the programm i got the same error (look at the screenshot).

What can I do?

PS: I already send an e-mail to the support.
