Error on iPad with Hero Lab and ShadowSoftware Updates

I realize that there is a risk when downloading third party material, so I am not asking for official help from the company. However, I only get the updates from ShadowSoftware.net and they have worked wonderfully on my normal Hero Lab on the PC. Now on my iPad it keeps giving me a list of errors and then forcing me to activate my license. It never lets me into the character file.

The errors encountered list is long but mostly has things like:

File: COM_GMPack_AP043 - Haunting of Harrowstone.user (line14) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('rBeheadFS')
etc...

The cycle then repeats itself over and over again.

Are they not compatible with the iPad and I need to remove them somehow?

Is there something that I am missing?

If there is already a thread on this that I did not find, then please point me in that direction or give me an idea about what I need to do with this.

Correct. For now the only two packs that can't coexist on the iPad is the GM Pack and the Mythic GM Pack. I have yet to finish the full conversion of these two packs to use a new XML feature. So they will

To the OP for future questions be nice to put this in the community Packs thread. Its part of the sticky at the top of the forum General Hero Lab Support & Community Resources.

Do you have the GM Pack and the Mythic GM Pack both installed on the iPad?

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game
Pathfinder Campaign Pack
Pathfinder GM Mythic Pack
Pathfinder GM Pack
Pathfinder Basic Pack
Pathfinder 3PP Pack
Pathfinder Unchained Pack

If I could uninstall them, I would. I have moved all of my portfolios over to Dropbox in case I need to delete and reinstall the app.

Yes, I do.

Is there a way to uninstall them or do I just go for the nuclear option and delete the app and reinstall it?

LOL no its very easy to delete. Go to the updates and you will see all the Packs installed. LEFT swipe on the Pack Name and the "Delete" comes up. Delete it and boom done.

Also delete the Basic Pack as that is INSIDE every other Pack. So no reason to have it downloaded/installed again.

Worked like a charm! Thanks!

I tried everything from long touch and swiping the screen, but I guess I never did the left swipe on it.

I learned much today!
 
Another question.

I have Pathfinder Campaign Pack and Pathfinder GM Pack on my iPad but they do not seem to be on my PC version of HeroLab and I cannot find them in the update section.

Is there an equivalent in the full version of these files?

Those are 100% deprecated. Please delete them and install the "Community Pack". That contains EVERYTHING in a single download. Separating out the packs is no longer needed.
