Error & Lost Information

I did a recent update of the Pathfinder RPG information, and I am getting an error whenever I log into Hero Lab. I get the following error:

File: COM_Basicpack - Tags.1st(line 86) - Tag Group - Duplicate Record Encountered ('DragonAge')

When I click Ok, it looks like it loads up fine, but when I open a character which relies on the Advance Class Guide, everything is red.

Any ideas? What can I do to resolve this?

When this happens HL goes into safe mode and won't load any of your addons or community Packs.

Have you made sure that you are running the latest community Packs? Are you running on windows or Mac?

Can you let me know which community Packs you have installed?
