Error loading Supernatural Stock Characters

when I try to load from either The Supernatural or the Ordinary People- the Bar stock hero sections it tells me that for the traits and complications the selections aren't valid based on current settings for this hero (all effects are ignored), although all the others load fine. in the same instance.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across this?

Well, I figured out the problem. It was a simple fix for the most part...after I figured out what was going on. I went to Character > Configure Hero and turned on the supernatural rules for each of the stock characters that was messed up.

Then as a group I saved the stock characters back over the existing selection and viola everything is right in the world of the mysteriously unknown.

Sorry to have bothered you guys with this, now, simple problem. I hope this might help someone else.

Don't apologize for finding this - very late in the process of building the Cortex files, I changed the Ids that reference each of the game systems, and apparently I missed updating some of the files after doing so.

This'll be fixed in the next update, thanks for catching it.

P.S. The stock portfolios that are included with the game system are overwritten each time the program is updated, so re-doing the existing ones would only have fixed the problem for you until the next update (the next update will now have the corrected versions, so it won't matter), but in the future, if you want to modify one of the stock portfolios for your own use, I recommend saving it as a new file - new files aren't altered by the updater.
