Error in Trying to Load Program

I'm trying to load the program and getting an error that appears in Windows -- i.e., the program does not appear and generate an error inside the program.

Here's the error:

Error on line #94 in c:\program files (x86)\herolab\product\.\hl_startgame.xml - Reference to undeclared variable or non-existent attribute

Is there a way I can fix this short of uninstalling the program, reinstalling it, putting my license # back in, updating it, etc.?

That sounds like a Hero Lab software bug not a Pathfinder issue. You need to post to the "General Forums" or send an email to support@wolflair.com.

My advice is to send to the support email address. Their is nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you with a Hero Lab issue. The game system yes but not the HL software....
