Error in D.Angel DataFile?

I play them, too. Yes, they can have Terminator Honors
(still costs the usual 15 points, but they can have it).

I was building a DA army the other day and I noticed that I couldn't
give the Tech, Apoth, or Standard bearer Term. honors. I noticed in
an earlier post that you had disallowed Term Honours for the
characters as per the codex, but I thought that the upgraded marines
in the command squad could still get them.

Is this a fix that went a little too far or did I miss something
somewhere.
