Error Importing Game Files

New user to Herolab, I'm having issues importing the game files for Patherfinder RPG after I have downloaded them. Every time I go to import them they error and won't load. I've tried re-downloaded the pathfinder game files a couple of times.

Here are what the error looks like.

"An error occured while extracting the contents. The import file is likely corrupted. Please try downloading the file again."

This is on a Windows 7 64-bit system, only security is Microsoft Security Essentials.

Did you unzip the files and load the individual files into the PF folder of HL?

Chiefweasel I am pretty sure he is talking about the Official Pathfinder package for version 6.20. Not any of the community stuff.

@justben666 if I am wrong let us know. I would try turning off Security Essentials and any other Antivirus software and try downloading it again.

That is correct, it is the main file I'm having issue with from Herolab itself. Have already tried that, also made sure I was was utilizing "run as administrator".

Also, the beginner's box downloads and imports fine, as do others, though I do not have the license(s) to test them fully for functionality. Also, none of those are as large as the pathfinder file of course.

Are there any secondary sources for such files? Can only think that maybe my connection to the main Herolab host server is not very good and the file is indeed getting corrupted on download.
