Error During License Processing

I purchase Army Builder Version III from a Gaming Store I have been trying to install it for the last three days. When I attempt to activate the License, I receive an error, which states, An unexpected error occurred during processing of your license. This often occurs when the internet connection is not properly established or the Lone Wolf Server is not currently reachable... I have check my end and there is nothing wrong with my connections to the internet. If your server is down, please advise when it will be up so I can start using the program.
 
From other posts on this forum, when other people have had this problem, it's often been because of firewalls or security programs. So, try temporarily disabling windows firewall, norton, etc. and try again
