Error downloading new V. 11.1 update

I don't know if this goes in the Bug Reporting spot or not since it isn't exactly a bug...

I am unable to download the newest update, 11.1.

The update "bar" makes it about 1/8 of the way then stops, giving me the following error:

"Error downloading file from remote web-server. This is probably due to a problem with the web-server. Please try again later."

This has been the error every single day since last Friday. I've tried at home and at work. 3rd party updates have worked fine.
