Erro in add Brightsword to list

When adding the Commander Brightsword to list it displays an error that I can not fix.

Phantasma, the volunteer data file authors do not check this forum for bug reports. Please check to see if the bug is already reported in their bug tracker on their website. If the bug isn't reported, please start a bug report there.
