Equipping Custom Magic Shield

I acquired a +1 heavy shield in my campaign, and I added it to my inventory using the “custom item” feature. Now, for some reason, it doesn’t have the check box that allows me to equip it. Is there a fix for this?

Are you sure you added a shield of the right size? If you add a Medium
shield to a Small character, or a Small / Large shield to a Medium
character, they won't be able to use it.

That appears to have solved the problem.

Obviously, though, that answer wasn't particularly apparent. I'd like to suggest a "size" rating for items, even if it's just in the item description text.

Thanks!

A size should already be appearing in brackets after the item's name, if
the size isn't the same as your own - for example, a large shield on a
medium character should be showing (L) after the name. Is this appearing
for you, or is there a bug I need to take a look at somewhere?
