Equipment removal question

I know I am missing something easy, but how do I remove a grenade (or any item in the Batteries & Grenades section) after i use it. I used it (failed badly) but the grenade is still on my sheet and i can't see where I go to remove it.

The little BOX on the right side is what you use to sell/remove equipment. Not sure what to call it so here is a picture: :p :)

It's supposed to be a credit note, I guess. (It's a 1 in a rectangle. PF2 uses the same icon.)

Given the size there's not a lot of good options. An X or $ (or other currency symbols, real or fake) might be better, but back seat web designers aren't all that helpful. :)

LOL yeah my old eyes are never going to see that! Even these forums I run at 150% size increase but doing that in HLO really makes it wonky I found. :D :)
