Epic Level Feats --What is "Hero.Epic"

I have a campaign I'm running where someone just hit epic, I understand that hero labs does not truly handle epic levels however it does have an epic feat category that has "Hero.Epic" as a requirement.

However, the problem is it does seem to be checking for the correct things. According to the Epic Level handbook a character is considered "Epic" when they reach 21st level. Period.

So my question is Why, when a hero is lvl 21+ is the feats that have "Epic Hero" not registering as meeting the requirement. What is hero labs looking for?
