End-User Feedback Request on AB3

This thread is directed to end-users ONLY. I've started a SEPARATE thread
focuses on data file authoring. Please post your comments on the
appropriate threads!!!

What features in AB3 have you found to be the most confusing, frustrating,
and/or limiting? Whether it's a matter of the documentation just being
unclear or something more fundamental to the way AB behaves, please
identify the areas that you think could use the most work in a subsequent
release.

NOTE! Please do NOT just say something "sucks", since that doesn't provide
us with anything useful. Tell us what isn't working and offer some
suggestions on how you think things could be done better.

Also, do NOT report problems with data files as problems with AB itself.
Issues with data files need to be directed to the data file authors for
appropriate resolution.

Thanks, Rob

HTML saves. It seems like they should be able to be done like a "save as," where it uses the roster name as a default or something. Having to go into that whole extra area just to change the filename is rather clunky.

With all the issues we have had with saved rosters breaking when upgrading datafile versions we've told people to save rosters as HTML as well. And as someone that likes to tweak points, play with ideas, and try many variations and save each one, it gets very time consuming.

Well, we all know it's true I have problems with the documentation, unfortunately all I can think of to help is more ABC style examples and less XML code...
