Encounter Builder

Hi,

I use HL a lot for managing the PC's in my campaign, so i can keep track of there abilities etc.

I am thinking about trying out the Encounter builder & tactical console, but am wondering if you can apply the advanced or mythic templates for monsters in this way.

I have been using Combat Manager, which has the Monster Advancer, but does not yet support Mythic templates, hence me looking at the HL manager.

Thanks

Once you import the monster into HL from the encounter builder you can do anything you wish to it. As long as you have Mythic Adventures you can easily drop any Mythic Template on it. Or adjust its stats in any way you wish.

Honestly if you building it more as its own unique monster I don't even spend time using the Encounter Builder. Just go to the "Race" tab and select the monster and make my changes.

I have done that, and have ticked the "Mythic Character" tab, but all that allows me to do is give the monster a mythic path, not apply a template. Do i have to look up the mythic (or advanced) template stats and abilities and apply them individually, or is there a quick way to add the template that i simply cant see?

Templates are added as a "Class". Go to the "Class" tab and scroll down past Classes and PrCs. :)
