Encounter Builder

I am frustrated sometimes with the Encounter Builder.

I type a word/creature in to the search bar such as "wolf" and I get hundreds of returns on my search. Only one of which is "Wolf". There are other searches that do this too but I can't think of them currently.

It not only returns hundreds of returns on the word.. but it is so slow on trying to flip through all of them because of the amount of memory it takes up on my laptop. So if I wanted to as a GM on the fly try and bring up the "wolf" in to my encounter It would take forever because A- it does not bring up the wold explicitly. B- it does not organize the results by alphabetical ONLY but by CR and THEN alphabetical by each CR. So you have to keep going through each CR category.

Is this a bug or is it just me. I know there are words I type in the search and it brings the creatures right up as I typed them... but like above there are certain creatures where this is not the case.

You may want to try using the old Import Stock hero option instead (Develop->Import Stock Hero....). Then you could choose Bestiary W-Z and quickly find your wolf.

Just an idea...

I think the search is performed on both the monster title and the explanatory text for the monster (in the same way as it does for spells, feats, etc.)
