Enchancement: O&G heroes in chariots

Per the O&G FAQ, no option can be bought for chariots bought for a character; it is treated like a monstrous mount. The AB entry for the chariot has configurable options, like # of wolves/boars and crew. I believe the number of wolves/boars should be fixed, and the default crew be fixed and be reduced by one (since the character replaces a crew member)

Legal lists can still be made with the datafile as is, but it may be something to consider for a future release.
