Empire Huntsmen Bug

In version 1.20 I have noticed that when I add a unit of Huntsmen I can max out the size (10) but then if I promote one to a Marksman, the size drops to 9 and won't go back to 10 unless I remove the promotion.

I searched the Bug List and found nothing so I figured I should bring this up.
