Elements?
I get stuck at the beginning already.

Don't know about a tutorial other than that supplied but the warhammer
fantasy files use elements for runic combinations, most can be found in
the items.wfb file as well as a couple in the dwarf.wfb file. I suggest
you look at those and read the existing tutorial. Cribbing other peoples
work is always worthwhile :) Hope this helps
