I can only add the elemental adept once. I have a character that used feats, rather than ability-score upgrade and took elemental adept twice. Once for thunder and once for lightning. I'm only able to add it once. Once I've selected it, it is not longer available for selection. Moreover, I can only select ONE elemental damage type. from the feat's dropdown selector.

I will file this as a bug, but am posting here in case someone can think of a workaround in the meantime.
 
Yes but you will have to use the editor. Open the editor and open file "COM_5ePack_PHB - Feats.user". On the "Feat" tab look for "Elemental Adept" and click on it. Then in the drop down box change "Uniqueness" from "Add Once" to "NO". Then save and restart.

You sure that is right? Normally a feat is only allowed to be taken once. Yep the PHB says "You can take each feat only once, unless the feat's description says otherwise."

Looking at "Elemental Adept" oh yeah it does say "can be taken multiple times". :)
