Eldritch Heritage question

I noticed that in HL Eldritch Heritage gives both the bloodline arcana and the 1st level power. In Ultimate Magic it says it only gives the 1st level power. Did something change that I missed or is this a bug?
 
I'm sorry, since you posted this as a thread, and not as a bug report, I thought you were asking your fellow users to confirm your understanding of the rules before you reported it.

Please be more specific about the bloodline(s) you're seeing this on.

Sorry. I was asking for both. I figured that LW might have received notice this had changed or maybe another user had read something I had not seen. I will go ahead and send it in as a bug report.
 
I tried around 10 different bloodlines and they all give the bloodline arcana. I assume all of the bloodlines do this. The bloodlines I remember trying are Abyssal, Celestial, Draconic, Elemental, Pit Touched.
