Eldar Star Cannon

Hello,
A friend of mine was entering his 40K Eldar army into AB and said that
the Star Cannon was coming up incorrect. The codex says it is a heavy
3(pg 5,35) but AB shows it as an assault 3. Are these AB files owned by
Colen?
