Efficient Item Creation

I was looking at adding some epic feats. The feat Efficient Item Creation has a prereq of Item Creation feat to be selected.

How do I make any item creation feat a prereq and how do I create a dropdown to select a creation feat the user has?
 
I figured this out.

tagcount[fCategory.ItemCreate] - tagcount[HasFeat.<current feat name.] <> 0

and I am using the free form edit control
