"Effective" attribute

I am sure it is right in front of me, but I cannot seem to find where the "effective" attribute is set in the "Unit" tab of ABCreator. Could someone please point me to where I can set the "effective" attribute.

In the unit section look for "Other Details"...click the "Edit" button right next to it...on the scroll down menu find "Is Effective?" once there click the check box...
