Hi there,

How easy would it be to change character configuration?

What I would like to do would be to remove alignment restrictions both for Pathfinder Society play and for classes in general.

(I want to keep all the other checks, though).

For the Pathfinder Society Play, you'll see that there are two options labeled pathfinder society - the first one gets you the normal Pathfinder Society character rules. The second grants the factions and traits of Pathfnder Society, without imposing its rules. I'd recommend using the second option, then make sure the rest of the options you want to use are configured properly.

Removing alignments from classes could be handled by making replacement copies of all the affected classes.
