editor: how to add a feat to an object

hi there !
I quite new with the editor and I used to work by copy paste when I need to create something. But I cannot find a proper source for this object.

I would like to add a power to an armor that gives a specific feat(dodge) to the user of the armor. I don't see how I can do this.

On the same idea, I would like to add a special attack to an armor. More specifically a knee attack that is usable only as a second attack on a full round ones. Is this possible ?

thank you in advance !

Take a look at the belt of dwarvenkind - it adds several abilities while worn, and the way you'd add a feat is the same as the way that adds abilities. The key is in the Condition expression on the bootstraps.

Looks like the dwarven language will be the easiest to read, since that isn't also testing for whether you're a dwarf.

For an example of a magic item that adds a natural attack, take a look at an item called "Talons of Leng".
