Editor guidance - adding mentor spirit

Greetings, so I opened the editor and copied both a mentor spirit and a mentor quality from the list of existing and then changed it to match the Dragon Totem in the 4th Ed SM description. I saved the user file and assigned unique names and when I click test now it says I can use both the quality and the dragon mentor spirit, but I must have missed a step because the user file doesn't show up in the character portfolio setup list and the new mentor isn't in the mentor drop down.

Any idea what I probably missed?

Okay, I figured out my troubles I think. I needed to also assign a new source for my user file to be called so it could be added and I then I was able to select it.
