Is the Eberron community files located in Shadow Chemosh's community pack?

It was so long ago that I downloaded them to Hero Lab classic that I have forgotten how I did it.

I think I just added Shadow Chemosh's link to my sources and then updated it. Now it just shows up in my list of options to toggle on or off for my characters.

I am asking because I will be running an Eberron game in Pathfinder 1st edition and I want the players to have the community Eberron files, i.e. classes, races, feats, etc., available to them.
