Dweomercat familiar

I just purchased the Pathfinder Society book and cannot add a Dweomercat as a familiar. Am I missing something or is this not an option?
 
I'm seeing the dweomercat cub as an option for my wizard. Have you turned on the source for the Pathfinder Society Guide for this character?
 
I added the book to the campaign after we started. The player is trying to change the type of familiar. Will this work or will they need to remake the character?
