Duplicate topic from right-click menu in tree view

When right-clicking a topic in the tree view, add an entry to Duplicate this topic instead of having to load said topic to be able to copy it by using the topic menu.

What would be nice to have: Image link

What we currently have: Image link

Closest feature request I saw was from this post: Duplicate post
