Definately something wrong with the Psionics Unleashed file. I moved it out of my main directory, and Hero Lab behaves itself. I'm going to try to re-download the Community Beastiary and see if that helps.
 
Here is the post from LW apologizing for a change that broke the PU package. HERE are my notes sayings it has been fixed same with several community packages.

After a official update always make sure you download the new updates the community puts out also. :)
