Duplicate Journal Entries?

Is there a way to add a journal entry for entire portfolio at once, or do they all have to be added one-by-one, as I assume they do?

I'm trying to figure out what is required for me to use Hero Lab to document and track my Pathfinder campaign players. At the end of every game, I was hoping to just add the XP split to the group in one go.

Minor annoyance, but wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing something wrong or missing something first.
 
No, there's no automation for journal entries. The notes and title are really the main purpose for the journal system in my opinion (otherwise, we'd just put a field and a button at the top of the whole thing), so anything that discourages use of those isn't something I think should be added.
