druid's wild shape templates

I recommend using the adjustments found on the d20pfsrd site here. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and download "Wild Shape Adjustments v1.4.zip", unzip the file and place them in your data folder.
 
thanks for that, next step is to work out how to transfer those files to the Ipad version of hero lab.
