Druid Elemental Wild Shape - attacks are being treated as secondary

I can't get to the page to file a Herolab ticket, so I"m posting here for now.

Since the last update, when I wildshape into elemental form (in this case large earth elemental) all my slams, which are primary natural attacks, are being given a -5 penalty as they are being treated as secondary natural attacks.

Please help.

If found the issue. I had inadvertantly indicated I had a metamagic rod in my character's hand.
