Dropbox Setup

I see there is the ability to connect Hero Lab to Dropbox but I can't seem to find any instructions on how to do this. What is the process for setting this up so my iPad and desktop both use and sync these files?
 
On the main screen of the iPad, where you select the character you want to use, find the dropbox icon at the top right. It looks like an opened box. Tap on that and choose "Help on Using Dropbox" to find the instructions.
