Dread Shadow Template

Hail all. I have been using HL for a year plus now and have been lurking here off and on for almost as long but this is my first time posting.

For the most part I use HL for playing my pc and have never really pushed its capabilities. Now I am trying to add a Dread Shadow template to my pc and I am not having any luck. In the available classes under templates I find the Shadow template and even the Dread Ghost template among others but I am unable to locate the Dread Shadow.

Am I missing something obvious or is there some obscure steps I have to perform? Thanks for any help you guys can offer. :)
 
I'm showing the Dread Shadow as part of the Undead Revisited book. Do you have the package for that, and if so, is that book enabled on the Configure Hero form?
